Since its inception in 2007, the Canadian Early Arthritis cohort (CATCH) study has become a unique real-world data resource for advancing quality of care and quality of life of persons with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). CATCH has built a strong national network of 100 clinical investigators and team members who work together to enroll, track, analyze and summarize data from participants diagnosed with new onset inflammatory arthritis from across Canada over time.

CATCH has enabled transformative research that has redefined the management of RA in Canada through “real world” data related to CATCH’s five major pillars shown in the graphic above.
